| Founder’s Statement |
Established in 1990, the Taben Group is
among the oldest and most experienced COBRA and retiree administration
companies in the country. Our objective is to relieve large employers
of the administrative, legal and ex-employee relation burdens of COBRA
and Retiree health coverage.
The Taben Group accomplishes this mission by giving our associates
the compensation, training, technology, respect and high- quality
work-environment they need to produce outstanding service at a competitive
price. We separate ourselves from competitors by providing timely,
accurate and through administration using up-to-date technology and
personal communications.

Chuck R. Tantillo,
Jr. CEBS,
Title: Founder
Chuck Tantillo, Jr. has spent his entire career serving mid to large
sized benefit plan sponsors. Chuck has extensive experience in all
3 areas of the profession having worked as a plan vendor,
a consultant and a plan sponsor. Chuck grew up in an insurance family
and earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in insurance
and economics from Bowling Green State University in 1979. View

Esther Tantillo
Title:
Vice President
Esther Tantillo has been co-managing the Taben Group since October
of 2004. She has 25+ years of executive level management experience
in several different industries.
Over the years Esther has worked in the Medical Office Practice, Banking,
Insurance, Wholesale Jewelry and Commercial Landscaping fields. View

Tim Kelley J.D.
Title: AVP of Compliance and Marketing Tim Kelley is an insurance attorney with extensive COBRA experience. He manages compliance for Taben and also serves as our chief marketing officer.

Andrea Cain
Title: Supervisor COBRA/Retiree
Administration
Andrea has been with The Taben Group since July 1997. She has extensive experience implementing and administering COBRA and all forms of Direct Billing including Retirees, Disabled participants and special severance programs.
Andrea is responsible for set up and implementation of all new client services and participates in the initial and on going training of our data processors and call center agents. She also works closely with our client’s carriers and HMO’s to manage eligibility and month end reporting.
Andrea is also involved in the evaluation and implementation of new systems and processes designed to streamline administration and add value for our clients.

Kendra Prettyman
Title: Training Supervisor
Kendra has been with The Taben Group since May 1998. She is responsible for IT operations and works closely with our IT outsourcers and Software vendors to maintain the integrity and functionality of Taben systems.
Kendra has primary responsibility for training and monitoring all data entry and call center staff at Taben. She also oversees the production and imaging of the many inbound and outbound documents that are integral to the work we do for our clients.
She has extensive experience with COBRA and Direct Billing administration and is directly involved in the selection and implementation of new technology at Taben.

Ann Congrove
Title: Director of Accounting
Ann Congrove serves as Director of Accounting for Taben and has
been with the company since June of 2000. Ann has 15 years experience
in various roles in the employee benefit industry. Prior to taking
on the accounting role at Taben, Ann worked as a COBRA processor.
Her current responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts
receivable, payroll, taxes, and human resources. She also acts as
executive assistant to Mr. Tantillo.

Chad Parks
Title: Voice and call center technology provider
Chad Park was first introduced to the telecommunications industry
9 years ago while he was a laborer for a construction company in his
hometown of Clinton, Missouri. He expanded his knowledge by earning
a degree in telecommunications from Northwest Kansas Technical College.
Chad then spent the next six years of his career in the technical
field working for a local telecommunications company. There, he was
responsible for installing and repairing equipment such as standard
Ds0's to complex Ds3 circuitry. He joined the team at Integrated Systems,
Inc. in the fall of 2004 where he is now an equipment manager, assisting
current and ne clientele with their technology equipment and service
needs.
